Why this archive exists
The Serrin Coast Survey worked this coast from 1971 until 1989 and drew twelve plates of it. They are the best maps this shore has ever had, and until this spring they sat in a trunk under the office stairs.
I have scatned every plate that survives, and the letters I could find, and put them here. I have tried to explain nothing. The Survey never explained itself either; it just drew what was there.
